i live in 24hr pain with so many different things wrong , i want to go to pain managemnt of a PRIVATE DOCTOR BUT i HAVE MEDICADE IT LIKE LOOK OUT THE GOVERMENT IS BEHIND HER NO PAYMENT, SURE THERE ARE ILLIGAL DOCTORS BUT I WANT TO JUST GO TO A DOCTOR AND GET WHAT WORKS AND ITS METHDONE PILLS NOT A PROGRAM OF LIQUID I GOT STUCK ON THAT IT BLEW ME UP TO 200LB OVER MY WEIGHT AND NOW I CANT HARDLY WALK CAUSE MY FRAME IS TINY AND GAVE AWAY IN KNEES AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS I JUST WANT TO GET AWAY FROM METH WITH A BLOCKER MY ENDORPHENE ARE ASLEEP, DEAD I HAVE A TOLERANCE AND I GET FENTAYL PATCH BUT IT WORKS AGAINST THE METH SO I AM GETTING OFF PROGRAM BUT WHY DO DOCTORS TURN AGAINST TITLE19

Neetsie - Many insurance programs, both private and government, do not recognize and pay for pain management programs. This creates challenges for hundreds of thousands of people throughout the U.S.
In terms of your options, many states provide some type of customer service support for residents who are in a Medicaid program. Most health plans that contract with states to provide Medicaid services also have a customer service support function as well as physician directories. The customer services representatives and physician directories can be used to obtain more information about the services you are eligible for, and the physicians you are able to see.
In terms of seeing a physician who does not accept Medicaid patients you will need to work directly with that physician's office to find out what type of fees they charge to patients that are not on the insurance programs they accept.
