PCO and pregnancy

It's been 3 years since we are married:) And now we have decides to have a baby. We decided to go in for a check up to a gynaecologist and she tested me and said that I have a PCO. What I wanted to know is, with PCO is it hard to conceive.?
I am literally desperate to have a baby:)
