I had a period October the 15th lasted 4 to 5 days the I was right back on my period on November the 4th could I be pregnant

I doubt that you are pregnant because you had a normal period last month, and now are bleeding again.
How old are you? Up until now, have your periods been regular? Have you been diagnosed with any medical or reproductive health issues, such as hormonal imbalance or uterine fibroids?
Please contact your gynecologist's office today to report this. Let us know what you are told.
