So I'm usually very regular with the flow of my periods. 3 heavy days and the rest would by very light. But this one wasa very light start the next day was heavy and now I'm on day two of very light.i had sex the day before I started. Any ideas of what's going on?

Any sudden change in one's menstrual cycle and period can be concerning. Beside intercourse the day before your period started, have you had unprotected sex since your last period?
Consult your gynecologist. I don't like guessing .
