Like a pin being put in my nipple when I touch it

You haven't given us much information to go on - are you experiencing a very sharp pain in your nipple? Could you have damaged it by wear a pin on your blouse or something like that? How long has it been going pm?

You may have nerve pain in this area. Touch this area as little as possible and seek medical care if the pain hasn't gone within a few days.
