Hi Mantheman,
Great news and this is what we are here for is to help you. Make an appointment with your physician to talk about contraceptive since you are starting to become sexually active. He/She will give you several options about birth control methods. Remember to always use condoms also as birth control will help control possible pregnancy but the condoms will help deter from any sexually transmitted diseases as well. Good luck and glad to hear that your period has started.

Hi,
You just spoke with Missie yesterday...and she told you that your period could be delayed by weeks. It is not helpful to begin worrying, after one day, and asking about a pregnancy test when there is no chance of pregnancy (Missie already explained this to you as well).
Your partner used a condom, and did not ejaculate. There is no chance of pregnancy. Your period is not considered "late" (your last period began July 30th, and today is only August 28th). If your period does not begin by SEPTEMBER 30th, then please come back and talk with us. Otherwise...your period will most likely begin sometime between now and end of September, based on the symptoms and description of your circumstances.

Mantheman,
I think you can rest assured that your not pregnant. Periods can be delayed for months sometimes. I remember when I was younger (teens), I skipped a period for well over 6 months. I ended up getting on the Pill in order to maintain a normal period. I also was sexually active at the time and was so scared. You are doing the right thing, protecting yourself with condoms while experimenting. Keep that up and you will have less chances of becoming pregnant. Periods are tempramental sometimes....there is no rhyme or reason for their delay, especially in your teens and early 20s.
Good luck,

Since you are due for a period any day, this certainly sounds like pre-menstrual. Remember that pre-menstrual symptoms and pregnancy symptoms mimic each other and many young women tend to confuse the two. If you are this concerned, get yourself a pregnancy test to ease your mind. I am sure a negative response will jump start your period.

Hi Again,
Stress WILL delay your period. There is a possibility that you can still have your period and be pregnant but under your circumstance...the chances are slim to none. Sperm must enter the vagina in order for you to become pregnant and you and your partner certainly took precautions and therefore, I think you are safe.
Hope this helps.
