I have been taking portia birth control pills going on 5 months now. Last month i was supposed to take all the pills in the pack and i would get my period. I never got it. I took a home pregnancy test but it came back negative. Im not sure what my next step should be.

Call your physician as soon as possible.
I am assuming that for the last four months, you got your period while taking the "reminder" pills.
According to Drugs.com, "Some [Portia} 28-day birth control packs contain seven "reminder" pills to keep you on your regular cycle. Your period will usually begin while you are using these reminder pills."
I don't know why you haven't gotten your period. Please keep us updated with what your physician tells you.
