I took a pregnancy test a few days ago and it was negative. But, I've been spotting since the end of January 2017 and most of February. I'm experiencing pregnancy symptoms such as food cravings, spotting after sex, and i spotted and cramped like i was having a period, my right breast had a drip on it. I had a novasure procedure 9 years ago, do you think its possible that I'm pregnant

If you had a negative result (it's best to wait 10-14 days after sex to test) you are not pregnant. I think you should see your doctor about the spotting if you are concerned something else might be going on. He would most likely test for pregnancy also just to sure.
