If you have not had vaginal intercourse, there is no risk for pregnancy.
Stressing out can delay the start of your period. Relax and it should come soon.
Regarding the period tracker app, if you normally have very regular menstrual cycles it is fine. Otherwise, it may take you a few months to really be able to predict.
