Anonymous, I find your question confusing.
If you are engaged, why does your fiance's mother have her on birth control? Or how? If you both want to get pregnant, your fiance can stop taking birth control.
Typically missing one pill will not result in pregnancy. But since she has only taken a few, it may depend where she is in her menstrual cycle. If you are trying to get pregnant, she really should not be taking birth control pills.
