Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community.

Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If he had a recent ejaculation, sperm remained in his urethra, which is the tube urine and semen pass through. Once he urinated, sperm was flushed out.

It sounds like stress is delaying the start of your period. Try your best to relax and it may start.

Regards,
Maryann
