Pregnant possibility?

Im 18 & had protected sex in jan around the 3rd and twice at the end of december after finishing my last "forsure not pregnant (no sex prior)" short (3 dayish) period. We made sure to use condoms the 3 times we had sex & he always pulled out before cumming as well. I got a negative test followed by a on time 2-3 day "period" (some small clots but cant tell if it was my normal flow) and another negative test the day after. In the weeks following i believed i ovulated but i also had constipation, gassy pains with gas, could hear fluid when i pressed on my stomach, & slight lower abdominal pain/pinches( maybe gas) which made me wonder again. Btw I had abscesses & appendicitis which led to surgery last year (naval to panty line cut), so i don't really know whats going on. Yesterday i started bleeding again feb 21st on time, but once again i cant tell if its going back to my normal flow or not? Do you think pregnancy is still a possibility or could i just be stressing so much that i feel/notice everything going on with my body? Before having sex at all i started getting my period later in the months & shorter like 3-4 days so im confused now & worried about being pregnant even more because i cant tell whats normal for me..Also the abomin (or gas) & achy pains worry me that i could be.

Guide

Hello Anonymous,

I suggest you schedule an appointment with your gynecologist. If you have not yet started seeing a gynecologist, consult your primary care physician.

A general physical exam and blood tests, not only to check for pregnancy, but to check thyroid levels might help determine why you are having a change in your normal menstrual cycle. Knowing the reason will eliminate concerns and anxiety.
