It sounds like your period, since it is heavy bleeding and cramping.

I'm having a difficult time reading and understanding your question, with the different capital and lower-case letters. You had a period on February 12th, and then another one on February 21st?

If you are asking if the bleeding could be from a pregnancy, it would be too early, since you just had sex days before the 21st...it takes 10-14 days to become pregnant (egg has to travel and implant...it is a process that does not happen automatically), so if you are worried about the bleeding being a sign of a miscarriage, it would be too soon.

If you are experiencing bleeding that is excessive (soaking more than 2 pads an hour), or if it lasts more than 7 days, it is important to call your doctor.
