Hello laina88,

You need to begin to believe in yourself, that you are beautiful and focus all the good things that make you who you are.

I realize this is not easy, especially if you have had negative experiences in your life. If others, whom you trusted and whom you loved, hurt you or betrayed you, it is very difficult to have a high level of self-esteem.

I suggest that you seek the professional help of a well-trained counselor or therapist. You can begin by asking your doctor for a referral. Or, check with your insurance provider for a list of therapists or counselors. With a few names, you can do an internet search to find if any of these referrals are right for you.

Don't try to go this alone,

Maryann
