rj29,
Your girlfriend's symptoms sound like they are simply cold & cough symptoms-- none of them are pregnancy symptoms. If you have never had sex and only fooled around with clothes on, then this would not make it possible to be pregnant.
When a person has a severe cough, then it can sometimes cause a stomach pain because of the constant coughing and use of abdominal muscles. It can also induce a gag reflex that makes you want to throw up, especially if there's a lot of phlegm.
If your girl friend has had this cough for a while maybe it is best that she sees her doctor for some relieving medication.

That's correct. If it's been over a week and she isn't getting better she should schedule an appointment with her Primary care physician.
