skin bumps

my daughter is 8 yrs old and has bumps almost look like zits but there is no popping them would u have any idea what they might be they are not red they are same color as skin?

Has your daughter been sick recently? a fever? sore throat? headache? loss of appetite? Where on her body are these bumps present? Any and all information that you can provide us with will help narrow down what she may have.
