This was like 1-2 weeks ago. There was no risk of you causing the girl to become pregnant. Even if there was some pre ejaculate fluid on your finger, so much time had passed, that any sperm would have been dead.

Ejaculting inside of her without protection and insuring the sperm was in, especially mid menstrual cycle, carries a risk for pregnancy. Was that your concern?

I do not think there was a risk for getting your girlfriend pregnant because you rinsed your hands, next time use soap :), and dried them before touching her.

Thanks Ma'am! Your reply is a big help for us. :) i also replayed a few scenarios in my head. I touched her with my right hand. I rinsed my penis using my left. So it lessens the risk. But like you said there should be no risk because i rinsed and dried my hands before touching her.
