Hi... For the last few days I have noticed a light pink/brown discharge in my underwear and when I wipe.... I finished my period last week so I was wondering if it could just be left over?? I haven't had sex... I've also had a few pains in my ovaries/belly like I get when I'm on my period... Just want to know if I should be worried.

I don't think you need to worry but should be aware. Should this spotting continue, increase to a flow, or the lower abdominal pains persist or worsen, please contact your gynecologist, who knows you.
Discharge between periods is either transparent or whitish. When discharge acquires pink coloring, then it is most probably associated with slight bleeding.
The spotting could be remaining uterine lining and old blood, which would explain the brown color, or early sign of a hormonal imbalance that is triggering slight bleeding.
