It started about 20 minutes ago... ut feels as if someone is taking a needle and stabbing it into my nipple. It does it for a second, then stops, then does it again. Over and over. What could it be/what can I do about it?

I had that. After several Dr appointments, MRI's, ultrasounds, and finally finding a Doctor that knew what she was talking about, doing, and seeing. I found out in both of my breasts, my milk ducts were tangled up. I got surgery and had the twisted up ones removed. It really helped. Good luck to you.
