Hi I am feeling a bit down and I think that I need to find some counseling whether it is in person or online. I cannot afford to pay someone professional. I want to know if there is any counseling available locally in the zipcode 32825 in orlando florida. Is it possible for someone that is a bit antisocial and shy to change and become outgoing? Please let me know.
