Hello Anon
Thank you for writing!
There are several reasons for bleeding after menopause that do not include cancer. Any bleeding after menopause, especially with pain, needs to be reported straight away to a doctor. The cause could be some kind of reproductive disorders, including fibroids or cysts. Hormonal imbalances can still happen after menopause. Certain medications can also cause period-like bleeding.
Please schedule a meeting with your gynecologist.
