Is there anything you can do to help prevent osteoporosis?

I'm 26 and have read that after 30 your body cannot produce bone mass like it use to so it drastically changes. Then after 50 it drops again. How can I slow bone loss and help prevent osteoporosis.

You are just like many of our members (including myself) that are concerned about Osteoporosis!  It's awesome that you are young and looking for ways to prevent the onset, unlike many women who are taken by surprise once they are in their 50's and then faced with having to treat it.
