Thyroid during pregnancy

Hi ,
I am a 6-8 weeks pregnant.
10 days ago I made the blood test & had the report with TSH level 8.49
and after 2 days to this again I made the test and which gave the result as TSH level 13.
Please tell me whether I am hypothyroid or hyperthyroid. what is the effect of thyroid on my baby.

Have you been treated for a thyroid condition in the past? Have you talked with your doctor about a pregnancy related thyroid condition?
