My friend saw her last period on 8 of january , february she only felt the signs but no blood and in march she has not see it yet, she only realise that she urinate more than ever before , hungry and eat more than ever before and some times , under her navel do get stronger mostly in morning time , her tommy is bigger than before a bit , she went to doctor and she was told to go for urine text , after the result came out yesterday , it was Negative , but my question now is that " can Urine text be that reliable ? Bcoz we are worry ..., and we need your advice and opinions , thanks

Hi omolayo,
Welcome back! This is something she should talk to her doctor about. If she feels she is still pregnant or maybe something else might be causing her not to have her menstrual. The doctor can also have her do, imaging test like an ultrasound. To know indeed what is causing her not to menstruate.
