I had premature ovarian failure with bilateral oopherectomy 14 years ago at 24 year of age. Today I started with some spotting for the first time since my surgery. Should I be concerned?

Hello. Thank you for posting.

I think it should be mentioned to your doctor. It could be nothing more than vaginal dryness, making vaginal tissues thinner and more prone to bleeding from sexual intercourse or other irritations. But any spotting or bleeding should be evaluated.
