i m 20 years old girl..i have discharge problem from almost 3 years..white thick liquid dischrges even after periods many times..sometimes little and sometimes a lot..my friend told me it is harmful for bones i m worried please suggest some thing to stop.

Your friend did not give you correct information. It is not dangerous. It is actually very healthy and normal.
Abnormal discharge is yellow or green, and has a fishy odor. It is also accompanied by itching or burning sensations. If you do not have any of these symptoms there is nothing to worry about.
