How DO you treat the actual lesions, besides prednisone? is there not a localized tx.

Vascular purpura are alterations in the structure of the blood vessels leading to bleeding disorders.

Causes can range from low platelet count to an abnormal response of the immune system, such as with Henoch-Schonlein purpura.

Treatment depends on the cause of this condition.
