Very strong symptoms and pain that could be either related to asthmatic bronchitis, or phenomena. I cannot breathe easily at all and have had a sore throat, fever, cold chills, diarrhea, and been very nauseous with pain and fatigue getting worse each day.

I jus wanted some opinions on whether I should go to the doctor or not. I am absolutely miserable and in tears, trying my best to breathe, coughing and chest tightness that'll put you on the ground. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
