I had an "oops" moment mid march and took a plan b the next day. I'm 33 with one child. I have PCOS also. My cycle is always dead on 28 days. Three days of heavy flow followed by two or three of light. April 9th I got my period but it was very light. The color was dark and brown when I wiped. It was also like dry strings. It lasted 4 days. Two weeks later I had the exact same thing. I started the pill the second day of my period at the beginning of April. Why is the color and texture so weird? I've also lost 15 pounds this month.

I go to the VA for medical care which they are known for being crappy. I went and had a trans vagina ultrasound and they said everything looked normal other than my PCOS.
