What are great exercises you can do in the pool?

Its so beautiful outdoors this time of year, I love swimming but need some help when it comes to pool workouts. Any ideas?

Exercising in a pool is very beneficial, reduces pressure on the bones, joints and muscles, and helps strengthen your muscles because of water's natural resistance.
