It is important to determine the cause of your body odor, and you can make an appointment with a dermatologist who can rule out certain medical conditions (some thyroid and blood sugar conditions can cause body odor).

Next, you can try some lifestyle-related changes to determine what (if anything) helps improve body odor. Have you kept a "journal" regarding your exercise, sleep, stress and diet...as they relate to your body odor...for any indication of possible triggers? Your body odor may increase or decrease based on your such things as stress level, certain foods or type of antiperspirant.

The Mayo Clinic has a great list of "home remedies" that you may try, in order to limit or reduce your body odor (also read the section under "Causes", which might be helpful): http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/sweating-and-body-odor/DS00305/DSECTION=lifestyle-and-home-remedies.

Let us know what you try, and if we can help you find a Dermatologist in your area. You may need a referral from your primary care physician in order to see a Dermatologist (based on your health insurance requirements).
