What can I eat with an Ins flare up

I was diagnosed with IBSV years ago but the symptoms are really flared up right now. What can I eat

I assume you mean IBS?

Eat a moderate amount of soluble fiber.
Don't eat foods at opposite temperatures, such as ice-cold water and steaming hot soup, in the same meal.
Stay away from broccoli, onions, and cabbage.
Eat smaller portions.
Drink water an hour before or after meals, not while you eat.
