Dear Anon,

Fair skinned people look AMAZING in cool colors. These are your yellow, blue, turquoise, blue-green, green, yellow-green, purples. But honestly, I think fair skin can get away with almost any color!

If you can get your hand on a color wheel it will help you greatly!
