Last month I got my period on the 18th, I am a little concerned about it seeming I have been getting little pains around my ovaries. I have been pregnant before but I still don't know what to think. I am scared and confused what do I do?

If you have missed your period, and have had unprotected sex since your last period, then it is a good idea to take a home pregnancy test to find out if you are pregnant.
You did not say if you are trying to become pregnant?
I'm not sure what the pains around your ovaries are, but we can talk with you more about this. It would be helpful to know if you are pregnant, or if the pains are PMS-related?
