I was to start my fourth month on Trinessa 2-23 but had to transfer my script to another pharmacy and did not receive the new script until 2-26. I got Tri Sprintec this time. I had sex the night before getting the script and my husband ejaculated in me. Could I have ovulated in those days I missed the pills or would taking the first few pills stop ovulation. I would be very happy if I were pregnant because bc was just to help with my period but I'd like to know so I can stop taking the pills and not drink when I go out. Also when would I get and accurate pregnancy test

kgroup,

In a 28 day cycle, the chances of conceiving are more prevalent around 14 days after the first day of your last period. If you missed any birth control pills, there is a chance of conception -- remember that you even have a tiny chance if you take the pills exactly how they were meant to be taken.

It is recommended to wait until you have actually missed your next period to achieve the most accurate pregnancy test. So, keep us posted!
