Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Some of the causes for a cramping and vomiting can be pregnancy, ovarian cysts and many other conditions.  A milky discharge can be due to a yeast infection. You will need to see your OBGYN for testing, to know what can be causing these symptoms.
