I am 32 and have 3 children. I am not on any birth control and my periods are always on a 28 day cycle. They are always heavy with a lot of clotting and last between 4-6 days. On 4/2/12 I started what I figured was my period but it was really light. My husband and I also had sex the same day with a possibility of an "oops." I prepared for a heavy flow with a pad and it didn't get anything on it all day. I only had blood when I wiped. It wasn't as light as spotting but I have never had such a light period. The next morning it was pinkish brown when I wiped. Halfway through the day it was completely gone. I never had that happen before. I did a bunch of searching online and it sounded like implantation bleeding. I didn't want to freak out so I said I would wait until my next period to see. Now I did notice that I didn't have any cramps or tender breasts at all this "period(?)," which is strange because I also get really bad cramps and sore breasts every month. That was actually really nice for a change. The day after it was over I started having sort of period-like cramps for 10 days straight with no period. I was about to call the doctor because it was so weird, but then it stopped. On 4/28/12 I had spotting no cramps or sore breasts. One time I wiped and it was very small amount of pink tinged with just a little bit of brown streaks. It was only one time that day and one time the next day 4/29/12. Then nothing else until about 1 pm the next day 4/30/12. I actually went to WalMart and bought a pregnancy test and as I was walking out the door to leave and I felt the period starting feeling. So I haven't used it yet. I am now having that really light flow period like I had on 4/2/12 but have some cramping now. It is 5/1/12 and still having this really light period. All of this is very unusual and I have never ever had anything like this before. I was excited for a minute thinking I might be pregnant (even though I am not really trying to get pregnant) but now I am worried something is wrong "down there." Has this happened to anybody else? Any advise? I have a doctor appointment later this week but I am worried.

I'm having the same thing on the 1st I started spotting on till the 5th of this month on the 6th it come down were I have to wear a pad I take a test but it was negative today is day 7th and I still wearing a pad am I pregnant

I have been trying to conceive for about 5 months. For the past 3 months two days before my expected period I have had brownish blood. Every month exactly 2 days before expected period. Using a pad or tampon is pointless because you can only see it after peeing and cleaning up. I ha e taken multiple tests and all negative. I had the iud about a year ago and after removal i was on seasonal. I had all the sypmtoms. Stomach discomfort, breaSt swollen and tender, headaches, slight dizziness. could this be implantation? Could I be pregnant and my hcg isn't high enough to detect?

When i was trying to get pregnant about a year ago, i would spot bleed all the time. Went to the doctors hoping i was pregnant but due to how much stress i was causing myself i would just bleed here and there like implantaion bleeding but it wasn't. Sometimes if your ovulation is messed up one month you can bleed at the beginning and then spot again because it didn't completely ovulate. We had broken up and i had gone to texas to visit my mom. Met this man and got pregnant instantly no blood just a missed period. Happier than ever shes due in November and getting married in February

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant. The last few weeks I have been extremely tired, needing to use the restroom more frequently, and my breasts have been sore. I started what I think go be my period yesterday (which is 1 day earlier than I was expecting). Normally my periods are extremely heavy with blood clots and lots of cramping that lasts 3-4 days. This time it is a much lighter flow. I wear a pad and there is blood on the pad and a little when I wipe but never any in the toilet (normally there is quite a bit) and I have only had a little bit of small cramping. I've heard of some women having a period the first month they were pregnant so now I am wondering if there is a possibility that I could be pregnant?

This might be implantation bleeding, which some women will experience about six to 12 days following conception. It is pink or brown spotting, lasts two to three days and never increases to a flow.
You can wait and see what happens. By the end of the week, if the week, if the bleeding has not increased to a normal period flow, consider taking a home pregnancy test and contacting your gynecologist.

March 28, 2016 - 2:14amBleeding outside a regular menstruation has many causes, including implantation, and threatened abortion. To make a long story short, I advise that u do a pregnancy test, and, at the least, an ultrasound of ur pelvis( ovaries, uterus,etc..) . If they do not reveal any explanation for ur bleeding n cramps, like a tumor, fibroid or otherwise, then u go for hormonal blood tests, thyroid studies included. I believe this will solve ur issue. I had my last period on feb 15 2016 I had unprotected sex from feb 20th thru march 9th and then on march 19th as well . no period . I had sex last night march 20th after I was bleeding brownish dark discharge with a lil red I put on a tampon. am I experiencing implantation bleeding or late period and it was knocked on ?
