It feels like something flips and takes my breath away. It drops me to my knees. Any idea what could cause this?

Guide

Hello. Thank you for posting.

Bending over is a common cause of back pain. This is because many people bend from hips and waist rather than the knees. This stretches the muscles and ligaments in the back, puts a strain on muscles, and causes the discs between your vertebrae to move back. A strain, injury or slipped disc(s) can often be caused or made worse when bending. An evaluation by a doctor is needed to know what is causing this pain.
