when i sit down or lay down and when i walk the bottom of my feet ffeel really bruised and all the bonees in mmy feet and toes hurt really bad gets worse with movement

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question.  Many things can be the cause of the pain in your foot.  From a bruise to a broken bone, you will need to see a doctor and have imaging test done to know what can be causing this pain.
