wht is the cause of vertigo and or meneirs disease and what isthe best way to treat it ? and will it ever go away?

There are treatments available but once you have vertigo is it common to continue to get the symptoms such as dizziness even with the simpliest movements such as picking something up off the floor and getting up too fast.
