I am 52 years old. I have not had a menstrual cycle since April 2017. But last week I experienced some white discharge from ovulation and had some premenstrual symptoms such as breast tenderness. This weekend I encountered some spotting/bleeding and a little cramping. What is going on?

Hello Anon
Thank you for writing!
A woman is considered through with menopause if she hasn't had a period (or any bleeding) in 12 consecutive months. Since you are 15 months in, have this bleeding checked by your doctor.
