May I ask how old you are? The mood swings, which you are experiencing, could be related to hormonal changes associated with perimenopause. Some women begin to experience the symptoms, mood swings are one, of perimenopause when they are in their 30s.

Sometimes the hormonal changes associated with your menstrual cycle can lead to mood swings.

If you are really concerned or these variations in mood are having a negative impact on your life, you may want to be evaluated by a psychologist.

I am 48, had a hysterectomy 7 years ago but still have my ovaries. The peridot patch makes it worse.
