Soiled underwear can cause an odor. This can happen if you are not wiping thoroughly after a bowel movement. Try wiping with moist towelettes that clean better than toilet paper. There are travel sizes that can easily fit in your purse or pocket. Shower daily and change your underwear twice a day if necessary, rather than once. See if doing these things help.
