why do my thigh muscles feel like a rocky road?

i have this unexplained pain in my legs, late afternoon pain is worst. anti inflamitory and pain pills do not relieve the severity of my pain. my thigh muscle feels like a rocky road

Dear Anonymous,

Have you asked your doctor about this? Have you ever been diagnosed or treated for Fibromyalgia?

Pain and muscle knots immediately made me think about this-- however, a doctor has to see you and he or she will determine if it is Fibromyalgia or if your pain relates to something else.
