Welcome to EmpowHER. I am assuming you mean that your period started and lasted for two weeks, and after five days you started menstruating again.
This is very abnormal and must be evaluated by a physician.
The menstrual cycle is regulated by a delicate balance of hormones- follicle- stimulating hormone, lutenizing hormone, estrogen and progesterone. Any imbalance with one or more of these hormones causes changes in the menstrual cycle.
