You could be experiencing an irregular menstrual cycle. If you haven't engaged in unprotected sexual activity then pregnancy is not the culprit.
Are you experience any other symptoms? Your hormone level has more than likely adjusted for one reason or another. Make sure to communicate your symptoms with your doctor.
