Although rare, if he had ejaculate or preejaculate on his underwear and any of it was able to get inside your vagina-- there is a chance of pregnancy. Dry humping itself won't cause pregnancy but usually both people are fully clothed during the activity. Like I said, if there was any chance that any sperm got inside of your vagina then of course there is also a chance of pregnancy. Taking an emergency contraceptive is entirely up to you.
