Is woman created to suffer?!

Almost every woman I met is got an issue related to the part of the body that some religions worship and consider holy!
It's a merical being able to have a child.. But it's not a choice?! It feels like every woman is created to be a factory that produce babies . . What makes me feel really bad is that in every socitey they keep woman issues secret!!! Even in a country like UK ,they push woman beyond their limit making them feel as if their issues is not serious , my dr said to me: it's part of being a woman, get on with it.. How can I get on with it! I'm 28 and I spent most of my life totally helpless in bed before and during period.. That's 2weeks a month. I don't want to stop the period cos that sound un natural, it's not clear in the scan if I got an tumbler structure ovarian cyst on the left side or is it a blocked tube. I Don't want to take any pills or do the surgery, I don't know what to do any more, I ended up smoking weed daily to ease the pain, it's better than the drugs I get from hospital.
I don't have any female friends and appreciate ur advice?!

Hi Anon,

Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community.

I'm sorry you are having a hard time. This is not the forum for me to comment on religion or how women are treated in other countries.

But what I will do is advise you to continue to pursue treatment. Your doctor could stand to be a little more sensitive to what your experiencing, rather than saying "get on with it".

Also, having social experiences with other women can really contribute to your overall mental well being.

Be well,
