Q:

Women's sex age limit

Hi,
I am a 52-year-old male and I was married 23 years, divorced at the age 49.
My first wife hated sex, and I desired it. I suffered an abusive marriage.
Someone wants to set me up with a 56-year-old woman. What I am worried about is, I would like to start my sex like a new, but if I marry someone of 56 years old, I will not have many years to have a normal sex life with her, that is what I am assuming.
So my question is, if I have a great relationship with my new wife and she is already 56, and she would want to satisfy me, how many years would we have left to lead an active sexual life.
Thank you.

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community with your concern.

The offer has been made to set you up (on a date) with this woman. Before getting too far ahead, met her first. Assuming this will lead to marriage is very presumptuous. You have no guarantee she will like you or that you will like her.

Take this one step at a time.
