WP question

I started WP in June 2014. I had breast cancer in 2012 and after much deliberation and discussions with my PCP decided WP was the best option for me. My PCP is not my WP provider. MY WP provider is unavailable for my questions, my PCP tries to be helpful but this is not her area of expertise. I research, read and try to stay as informed as I can. At this point my levels are still low. I am not scheduled for another blood test until March. Although I did have a 24 hour urine test to check Estrogen and am waiting to see those results. (That was my suggestion not my WP doc, because of my hx with breast cancer) I am getting my period on day 22. I hate to stop P and start at day 1 because I feel I need the P. I am taking WP2 and P1. I still have night sweats but migraines, hot flashes and muscle aches are gone!!! What is your suggestion? Should I go to WP3 and then what about P? I eat clean, exercise and love being on this. I feel as though I am safer with this rather than tamoxifen(that's another discussion!) Please HELP!

Hello 4kids,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank you for coming to us for help but, I have no idea what WP, WP2, P1 and P are.

Honestly, none of us can offer suggestions on what you should do regarding prescribed medication or treatments. You need to consult the WP provider or your primary care physician.

Regards,
Maryann
